Refund & Return Policy

Online Orders:
Once submitted, online orders may not be cancelled or refunded except in cases of restaurant error, duplicate charge, product unavailability, or as otherwise required by law. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an order was placed in error.

Dine-In and Takeout Purchases:
If there is an issue with your order, please notify our team promptly so we can review the concern and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Gift Cards:
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by California law. Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Su Casa Restaurant.

Events or Catering:
Deposits for private events, large orders, or catering may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the order, event date, and preparation requirements.

Gift Card Terms

Su Casa Restaurant may offer physical or electronic gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless otherwise required by law, and may be subject to any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
